First day for Hayward pickup is Friday, September 21, 2007. Note:Online pickup at the Hayward Campus is now in the back of the store near the stairs.
First day for Concord pickup is Wednesday, September 26, 2007. Pick-up on the Concord Campus has moved! New location for pickup is the grill area of the University Union.
- ALL CONTACT ON ONLINE ORDERS IS BY E-MAIL ONLY. Phone access to the online order fulfillment is not available.
- Online orders take a minimum of 24 hours to process.
- Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Our information is based on course number and section as
submitted by the academic department. We do not guarantee the
book will be used and strongly suggest you go to the first class to
discuss with the instructor before buying.
- Orders are shipped via UPS Ground ($6.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item). UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. PLEASE DO NOT COME IN FOR PICKUP UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN E-MAIL STATING THE ORDER IS READY.
- Used books are not available for all titles. Your options are:
PREFER USED (if you select this and only new are available, you will receive and be charged for new)
USED (if you select this and only new are available, your order will not be filled) and you will not be contacted
NEW (if you select this and only used are available, your order will not be filled) and you will not be contacted

- Readers are not eligible for refund, exchange or buyback: all sales are final.
- Orders not picked up within 7 days of being processed will be put back on the shelf and you will be credited back the amount of your purchase
