On Time Adoptions SAVE THE STUDENTS MONEY!  Buyers need enough time to research best prices available, corrections to ISBNs, notifications of publisher out-of-stocks, and any substitutions to be made.  Late adoptions cause high rush freight charges and make books more expensive to students.  Also, the bookstore needs your adoption on the dates stated to program which books to buy back at buyback; many students will not be able to sell back their books if no adoption has been submitted for that title.

THE VALUE OF A TEXTBOOK IS MEASURED IN DEGREES: USE them, ASSIGN from them, QUOTE from them, TEST from them, and DISCUSS them in class.  Students will learn the value of books from instructors.
