REFUND INFORMATION

TEXTBOOKS may be returned within SEVEN DAYS (one week) if purchased during the first two weeks of the quarter as posted. New texts MUST be in perfect condition:no markings, no folds, creases, or scratches. ORIGINAL shrink-wrap must be intact. Books not qualifying for return may be considered for buyback at the current market price. Books for cancelled classes are subject to the publishers’ return policies; return eligibility is not guaranteed. It is wise to go to class before purchasing to be certain of required books; only your instructor has the last minute information. There is a 10% re-stocking fee on all textbook returns. TEXTBOOKS purchased other than the first ten days are non-returnable non-exchangeable.

ELECTRONICS are refundable within 7 days of purchase ONLY if package is not opened and in completely new condition. Manufacturers’ warranties and policies will prevail over posted policy. All sales are final during the last month of all quarters.

CUSTOM COURSE MATERIALS, GENERAL BOOKS, GREETING CARDS, FOOD AND BEVERAGES, clearance merchandise, technical supplies, study aids, test preparation media, and fine drawing paper are not returnable.

CLOTHING, SUPPLIES, and GIFTWARE are returnable within 7 days and must be in unopened, original, saleable condition with tags attached.SOFTWARE and COMPUTER PERIPHERALS are mostly not returnable. Please choose carefully.

CREDIT CARD purchases will only be refunded with a credit to the same credit card. Please have your credit card available for the credit to apply.

ATM PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AS CREDIT CARDS and returns will be subject to the credit card limits. Please note they are NOT immediately credited to your account by the bank.

Pre-Approved CHECK account purchases are refunded with a CHECK IN THE MAIL after the check clears (minimum four weeks). Financial aid account purchases only refunded to the same account.
